It operates from 1.2 V to 3.63 V, draws 0.90 μA typical core current at 1.8 V, and supports direct connection to XTAL inputs without external load capacitors or a bypass capacitor under normal conditions. Frequency tolerance is 10 ppm at 25°C, with stability up to 100 ppm over -40°C to +85°C when operated from 1.5 V to 3.63 V. The device is supplied in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm 4-pin chip-scale package and offers programmable output swing, 48% to 52% duty cycle, and 35 ns RMS period jitter.
