
This fixed-frequency 32.768 kHz MEMS oscillator is designed as an XTAL replacement for low-power timekeeping applications. It operates from 1.2 V to 3.63 V, supports direct connection to XTAL inputs, and eliminates external load capacitors and the usual Vdd bypass capacitor through internal filtering. The device is factory trimmed for 10 ppm frequency tolerance at 25°C and provides up to 100 ppm stability across -40°C to +85°C when operated from 1.5 V to 3.63 V. Its 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package and NanoDrive programmable output swing help reduce board area and power consumption.
