The device is offered in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package with 10 ppm initial tolerance and frequency stability up to 100 ppm from -40 °C to +85 °C at 1.5 V to 3.63 V. NanoDrive programmable output swing reduces power consumption, and period jitter is specified at 35 ns RMS.
