It operates from 1.2 V to 3.63 V, supports industrial temperature operation to +85°C, and delivers 20 ppm room-temperature tolerance with up to 100 ppm stability over -40°C to +85°C at 1.5 V to 3.63 V. Typical core current is 0.90 µA at 1.8 V with no load, and the output uses a programmable NanoDrive swing to reduce power consumption. The 4-pin 2.0 mm x 1.2 mm SMD package provides a fixed clock output without external load capacitors and includes internal supply filtering.
