Typical core supply current is 0.90 µA at 1.8 V with no load, and start-up to a valid output is specified at 180 ms typical. The oscillator provides a programmable NanoDrive output, does not require external load capacitors, and includes internal supply filtering that can eliminate an external bypass capacitor in typical use.
