This programmable MEMS oscillator provides factory-programmed output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz in powers of two. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply and draws as little as 0.9 µA typical core current at 1.8 V with no load. Frequency tolerance is specified to 20 ppm at 25°C, with stability options up to 100 ppm over -40°C to +85°C and up to 150 ppm over -55°C to +85°C. The device offers NanoDrive programmable output swing, requires no external load capacitors, and is intended for ultra-low-power RTC, PPS, and battery-backed timing applications.
