
This programmable MEMS oscillator provides factory-programmed output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz in powers of two. It supports supply voltages up to 3.63 V and is specified for operation over temperature ranges as wide as -55°C to +85°C, with frequency tolerance of 20 ppm at 25°C and stability as tight as 100 ppm over -40°C to +85°C. Typical core operating current is 0.9 µA at 1.8 V with no load, and NanoDrive output programming reduces output swing for lower power operation. The device eliminates external load capacitors and typically does not require an external bypass capacitor under normal operating conditions.
