It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply and draws 0.9 µA typical core current at 25°C and 1.8 V with no load. The device specifies 20 ppm frequency tolerance at 25°C and supports NanoDrive programmable output swing for reduced power consumption. It starts within 300 ms plus one period at 25°C and offers 35 ns RMS period jitter. The oscillator output can replace a 32 kHz crystal connection and eliminates external load capacitors under normal operating conditions.
