The device supports NanoDrive reduced-swing or LVCMOS output options, starts within 300 ms plus one output period at 25 °C, and maintains frequency stability down to 75 ppm over -10 °C to +70 °C or 100 ppm over -40 °C to +85 °C. It is offered in an ultra-small 4-pin chip-scale package and is intended for RTC reference clocks, pulse-per-second timekeeping, and battery-backed systems.
