
Programmable MEMS oscillator for ultra-low-frequency timing applications in the SiT1534 series. It operates from 1.2 V to 3.63 V, supports factory-programmed output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz, and draws 0.9 µA typical core current at 1.8 V with no load. Frequency tolerance is 20 ppm at 25°C, and stability options extend to 75 ppm, 100 ppm, 150 ppm, or 250 ppm depending on voltage and temperature range. The device supports NanoDrive programmable output swing, starts in as little as 300 ms plus one output period, and is offered in compact chip-scale and 2.0 x 1.2 mm SMD footprints.
