
This programmable MEMS oscillator provides factory-set output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz for low-frequency timing and pulse-per-second applications. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply and draws 0.9 µA typical core current at 25°C and 1.8 V with no load. The device supports NanoDrive programmable output swing, eliminates external load capacitors, and does not normally require an external bypass capacitor on Vdd. Frequency tolerance is specified at 20 ppm at 25°C, and frequency stability is specified up to 100 ppm over -40°C to +85°C at 1.5 V to 3.63 V. The family supports commercial, industrial, and extended cold industrial temperature ranges up to -55°C to +85°C.
