
This programmable MEMS oscillator provides factory-set output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz for low-frequency timing and true pulse-per-second operation. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply, supports NanoDrive programmable output swing, and achieves typical core current as low as 0.9 µA at 1.8 V with no load. Frequency tolerance is specified at 20 ppm at 25°C, with available stability options up to ±100 ppm over the -40°C to 85°C industrial range. The device is offered in an ultra-small 2.0 x 1.2 mm SMD package and eliminates external load capacitors for XTAL-replacement clock applications.
