It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply and draws as little as 0.9 µA typical core current at 1.8 V with no load. The device offers 20 ppm frequency tolerance at 25°C, low-jitter operation, and programmable NanoDrive output swing to reduce power. It is designed to replace low-frequency crystal timing elements while eliminating external load capacitors and supporting chip-scale and small SMD implementations.
