
This MEMS programmable oscillator supports factory-programmed output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz in powers of two. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply and is designed for ultra-low power operation with 0.9 µA typical core current at 25°C and 1.8 V. The device offers 20 ppm frequency tolerance at 25°C and stability options down to 75 ppm over temperature and voltage conditions. Its oscillator output eliminates external load capacitors, and the internal filtering removes the need for an external bypass capacitor under normal operating conditions. NanoDrive programmable output swing is provided to reduce power consumption in low-voltage timing applications.
