
This programmable MEMS oscillator provides factory-set output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz for pulse-per-second and other low-frequency reference applications. It operates from 1.2 V to 3.63 V and has 0.9 µA typical core operating current at 25°C with a 1.8 V supply and no load. Frequency tolerance is 20 ppm at 25°C, and the family offers stability as tight as 75 ppm over temperature at 1.5 V to 3.63 V. NanoDrive programmable output swing reduces power consumption, and the clock output eliminates external load capacitors while normal operation does not require a bypass capacitor. Typical period jitter is 35 ns RMS, and the output duty cycle is specified at 48% to 52%.
