
This programmable MEMS oscillator provides factory-set output frequencies from 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz in powers of two for pulse-per-second and RTC reference applications. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply, draws 0.9 µA typical core current at 1.8 V, and supports reduced-swing NanoDrive and LVCMOS output options. Frequency tolerance is 20 ppm at 25°C, with stability specified up to 100 ppm over -40°C to +85°C at 1.5 V to 3.63 V. The device uses a very small chip-scale package and starts within 300 ms plus one output period at 25°C.
