The device offers 20 ppm frequency tolerance at 25°C, 35 ns RMS period jitter, and programmable output swing options including LVCMOS and NanoDrive reduced-swing outputs. It is designed for space-constrained low-power timing applications and is offered in 1.5 x 0.8 mm CSP and 2.0 x 1.2 mm SMD family package options.
