It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply, draws 0.9 µA typical core current at 25°C and 1.8 V, and supports extended operation from -55°C to +85°C. The device offers 20 ppm frequency tolerance at 25°C, up to 100 ppm stability over -40°C to +85°C with 1.5 V to 3.63 V supply, and 35 ns RMS period jitter. Its oscillator output eliminates external load capacitors, and NanoDrive programmable output swing helps reduce total power consumption.
