It operates from 1.5 V to 3.63 V and draws 0.99 μA typical core current with 180 ms typical start-up time. The device supports ±5 ppm, ±10 ppm, and ±20 ppm stability options over temperature, offers programmable output swing options, and eliminates the need for an external Vdd bypass capacitor. Family operating grades span 0 °C to 70 °C and -40 °C to 85 °C, with long-term jitter up to 2.5 μspp and period jitter of 35 ns RMS.
