It operates from a 1.5 V to 3.63 V supply and has typical core current of 0.99 µA at 1.8 V with no load. The oscillator is offered in a 1.5 mm × 0.8 mm chip-scale package and reaches a valid output after a typical 180 ms startup. Internal power-supply filtering removes the need for an external Vdd bypass capacitor in normal operation. The device provides low-jitter clock output and is intended for RTC reference and pulse-per-second timing functions.
