
The SiT1552 is a 32.768 kHz MEMS TCXO designed for battery-powered timekeeping applications in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package. It operates from a 1.5 V to 3.63 V supply and draws 0.99 µA typical core current at 1.8 V with no load. The device starts to a valid output in 180 ms typical, provides 35 ns RMS period jitter and 2.5 µs peak-to-peak long-term jitter, and is specified for ±1.0 ppm first-year aging at 25°C. Internal power-supply filtering eliminates the need for an external Vdd bypass capacitor and the oscillator output is provided on a dedicated clock pin.
