The device offers frequency-stability options from ±5 ppm to ±20 ppm, long-term jitter up to 2.5 µspp, and period jitter of 35 ns RMS. It integrates internal power-supply filtering, does not require an external Vdd bypass capacitor in normal operation, and is specified as Pb-free, RoHS compliant, and REACH compliant.
