
This device is a 32.768 kHz MEMS temperature-compensated oscillator in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package. It operates from a 1.5 V to 3.63 V supply and draws 0.99 μA typical core current at 1.8 V with no load. Valid output is reached in 180 ms typical and 300 ms maximum up to 60°C, and the family supports commercial and industrial temperature ranges depending on ordering option. The 4-pin CSP provides a clock output with programmable NanoDrive voltage swing, and the device does not require an external Vdd bypass capacitor under normal operating conditions.
