This commercial-temperature option provides ±5 ppm total frequency stability from -20°C to +70°C, 2.5 ns RMS integrated phase jitter, and typical no-load supply current of 4.5 µA. The oscillator operates from 1.62 V to 3.63 V and provides an LVCMOS output with 45% to 55% duty cycle. It starts in up to 300 ms and is specified to operate without an external bypass capacitor under normal conditions.
