This orderable variant provides ±5 ppm all-inclusive frequency stability, 2.5 ns RMS integrated phase jitter, and 4.5 μA typical supply current with no load. It operates from 1.62 V to 3.63 V and supports the industrial -40 °C to +85 °C temperature range. The device uses a 1.5 x 0.8 mm 4-pin chip-scale package with LVCMOS output and does not require an external bypass capacitor under normal operating conditions.
