The device is housed in a 1.5 mm × 0.8 mm chip-scale package with 0.6 mm maximum height and does not require external bypass capacitors in normal operation. Commercial-temperature operation is specified from -20 °C to 70 °C, and the family datasheet also lists an industrial option to 85 °C.
