It offers a nominal capacitance of 2.67 pF at 1V, tuning down to 0.74 pF at 12V, resulting in a capacitance ratio (C1/C6) of 3.3. This component features a very low maximum series resistance of 1.5 Ohm and high-Q performance, making it suitable for wireless systems operating over 10 GHz, with a parasitic inductance of 0.7 nH. Maximum ratings include 15V reverse voltage, 20mA forward current, and 250mW power dissipation. Encased in a single SC-79 package, it reliably operates across a wide temperature range from -55°C to +125°C. The diode is RoHS3 Compliant and boasts an MSL1 moisture sensitivity level.
