The TPLC™ series is a Hybrid Capacitor (LIC) that combines the high power density of an ultracapacitor with the energy density of a lithium battery. Utilizing best-of-class EDLC and Lithium Ion technologies, this series features energy-dense capacitance in a compact radial cylindrical footprint. It operates with a maximum working voltage of 3.8V and a minimum of 2.2V, offering a projected cycle life of 500,000 cycles. It is designed for board-mountable through-hole applications requiring rapid charge/discharge and high reliability in energy storage, such as pulse power demand, ride-thru power support, and back-up power for RAID systems and utility meters.
