Octal D-type edge-triggered flip-flops with 3-state outputs, designed for military temperature grades (-55 to 125°C). Features 8 bits of data storage, a 20-terminal LCCC package (S-CQCC-N20) with 8.89mm width and length, and operates with a nominal supply voltage of 5V (4.5V to 5.5V). This bus driver logic IC offers a propagation delay of 11ns, a maximum operating frequency of 30MHz, and supports ENABLE LOW control with positive edge triggering. The component is screened to MIL-STD-883 standards.
