Offers 1.5 LSB integral nonlinearity and 0.5 LSB differential nonlinearity, with a signal-to-noise ratio of 71 dB. Operates from a 2.7V to 3.6V supply, with a maximum power dissipation of 845mW. Packaged in a 60-pin WQFN with tin-matte contact plating, suitable for surface mounting.
