Operates from a 2V to 5.5V supply voltage with a typical 3.3V operating voltage. This lead-free component offers 0.5 LSB integral nonlinearity and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Packaged in a 10-X2QFN with gold contact plating.
