16-bit, 1-channel delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter (ADC) featuring a 128 SPS sampling rate and I²C interface. This bipolar ADC offers a programmable gain amplifier (PGA) and an integrated oscillator. Operating from a 2.7V to 5.5V single supply, it provides 1LSB differential nonlinearity and a maximum power dissipation of 750µW. Encased in a 6-SOT-23 package with gold contact plating, this lead-free component is suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
