
12-bit micro-power sampling Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a 12-bit resolution and a conversion rate of 37 kS/s. This unipolar ADC offers a differential input type with a 1 LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL) and 0.75 LSB Differential Nonlinearity (DNL). Operating from a single 4.5V to 5.25V supply with a nominal current of 250µA, it achieves a Spurious-Free Dynamic Range (SFDR) of 90dB. The SPI interface facilitates communication, and the component is housed in an 8-PDIP package with gold contact plating, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
