This unipolar device offers 1 LSB integral nonlinearity and 0.75 LSB differential nonlinearity, with a full-scale error of 8 LSB. Operating from a single 5V supply, it consumes a nominal 250 µA current. The ADC is housed in an 8-SOIC package with gold contact plating, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
