Operates with a 3V to 3.6V supply voltage and a nominal supply current of 201mA. Packaged in a 64-pin HTQFP with gold contact plating, suitable for surface mounting. Supports parallel and serial interfaces, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
