Operates with a 5V supply voltage (4.75V to 5.25V) and consumes a maximum of 35mW. This single-ended input device is housed in a 28-SOIC package with gold contact plating, suitable for surface mounting. RoHS compliant and operates across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
