Operates from a 5V supply voltage (4.75V to 5.25V) with a maximum power dissipation of 35mW. Integral nonlinearity is 3 LSB, and Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) is 88dB. Packaged in a 28-SOIC surface mount package with gold contact plating, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
