This unipolar ADC offers a 200kS/s conversion rate with a spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of 86dB. It operates from a single 2.7V to 5.25V supply with a nominal supply current of 320µA, dissipating 1.6mW. The device is housed in an 8-VSSOP package with gold contact plating and is RoHS compliant.
