
14-bit, 3 MSPS parallel Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a 78dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and 90dB Spurious-Free Dynamic Range (SFDR). Integral Nonlinearity (INL) is 1.5 LSB. Operates with analog supply voltages from 4.75V to 5.25V and digital supply voltages from 2.7V to 5.25V. This unipolar ADC offers a 14-bit resolution and a single analog input, packaged in a 48-TQFP with gold contact plating. Maximum power dissipation is 90mW, with a nominal supply current of 17mA.
