Operates with analog supply voltages from 4.75V to 5.25V and digital supply voltages from 2.7V to 5.25V. This unipolar ADC offers a 14-bit resolution and a single analog input, packaged in a 48-TQFP with gold contact plating. Maximum power dissipation is 90mW, with a nominal supply current of 17mA.
