10-bit, 4-channel Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a 1MS/s sampling rate and SPI serial interface. This successive approximation ADC offers a 60dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and 0.5 LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL). Operating from a 2.7V to 5.25V supply, it consumes only 11.5mW and supports unipolar, single-ended analog inputs. Packaged in a 30-pin TSSOP for surface mounting, it operates across a -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
