Features include 0.5LSB Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) and 0.75LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL), with a 120dB Spurious-Free Dynamic Range (SFDR). This complete acquisition solution integrates an ADC, reference, and input buffer, operating from a 2.7V to 5.25V supply.
