
12-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a 40 kSPS sampling rate and 0.5 LSB integral and differential nonlinearity. This single-channel, single-ended input device offers a 74 dB signal-to-noise ratio and supports bipolar and unipolar operation. It operates from a 4.75V to 5.25V supply with a nominal supply current of 4.2mA, consuming a maximum power dissipation of 32.5mW. The ADC includes an internal reference and communicates via an SPI interface, housed in a 16-SOIC package suitable for surface mounting.
