16-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a 250 kS/s conversion rate and SPI serial interface. This CMOS ADC offers a 92dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and ±3 LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL). Designed for surface mounting in a 28-SSOP package with gold contact plating, it operates from a 4.75V to 5.25V supply. The device supports bipolar and unipolar input polarity and includes a 4.096V internal reference, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
