
12-bit, 4-channel Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a 1MS/s conversion rate and SPI interface. This SAR ADC offers software-selectable input ranges for bipolar and unipolar signals, with an integral nonlinearity of 1.5LSB and a full-scale error of 8LSB. Operating across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, it supports supply voltages from 1.65V to 5.25V and consumes a low 14.4mW of power. The component is provided in a 24-VQFN package with gold contact plating and is RoHS compliant.
