This power management IC supports USB interface and includes JEITA and 100kΩ NTC operation. Packaged in a 10-HVSSOP with gold contact plating, it measures 3.1mm x 3.1mm x 0.95mm and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. RoHS compliant and lead-free, it is supplied on tape and reel.
