Operates with input voltages from 4.3V to 16V, with a nominal input of 16V. Includes over-voltage and over-temperature fault protection. Packaged in a 20-VQFN with gold contact plating, measuring 4.5mm x 3.5mm x 0.9mm. RoHS compliant and operates across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
