
JEITA compatible, stand-alone synchronous switch-mode battery charger for Li-ion or Li-polymer chemistries. Supports up to 12 cells with a battery pack voltage of 26V and a maximum charge current of 10A. Features a wide input voltage range from 5V to 28V and operates across an extended temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Integrated fault protection includes over current, over voltage, over temperature, and short circuit. Packaged in a 24-VQFN EP with gold contact plating, this lead-free and RoHS compliant component is supplied on tape and reel.
