Dual monostable multivibrator, CMOS technology, operating from 3V to 18V with a typical 12V supply. Features two independent circuits, each capable of generating a single pulse with a propagation delay of 100ns and turn-on delay time of 500ns. Supports output currents of 4.2mA (low level) and -4.2mA (high level), with a general output current of 6.8mA. Housed in a 16-pin TSSOP surface mount package, operating across a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
