CMOS BCD-to-Seven-Segment Latch/Decoder/Driver for Liquid-Crystal Displays. Features 4 input lines, 7 output lines, and a 400ns propagation delay. Operates with a minimum supply voltage of 3V up to 18V, and a bandwidth of 8MHz. This demultiplexer/decoder is housed in a 1.2mm high, 5mm long, 4.4mm wide TSSOP package with gold contact plating. Suitable for LCD displays, it offers a low quiescent current of 100uA and operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
