
CMOS Hex Inverters, 74AC series, offer a 1.5V to 5.5V operating supply voltage range with a nominal 5V. Featuring six independent inverter circuits, each with a single input and a 24mA output current capability (both high and low level), these devices provide a 6.5ns propagation delay. Encased in a 14-SOIC package with gold contact plating, they are designed for surface mounting and operate across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. This RoHS compliant component is supplied on tape and reel.
